My name is Rhuama Palmer. My brother Richard Riley was battling health issues such as heart and liver. He was 56 years old. Richard had a lot of dear friends in the music industry his love for music was above and beyond. As much as he battled his sickness it never reflected on his love for his family, people and music. Richard will be sadly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his mother Gloria Walker -Golembiewski, many brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and friends.
