In Memory of Richard Filchuk
Donation protected
On October 1st, 2023, Border Patrol Agent Richard Filchuk left this world after battling with health issues. He entered on duty on October 2nd, 2005, as part of Academy Class 594. He was assigned to the Lordsburg Station in Lordsburg, New Mexico, his entire career. Prior to joining the Border Patrol, he served honorably in the United States Army.
Richard Filchuk was very loved by his coworkers, friends and his family. He was considered to be a fine Border Patrol agent and a loving father to his kids.
Agent Filchuk's wishes were to be buried at the Puerto Rico National Cemetery in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He was in Tucson, Arizona at the time of his passing. To help his family with the costs of his transportation to his final resting place in Puerto Rico, we are asking for donations to cover the expenses. All donations will go directly to his family.
On behalf of Lordsburg MWR and his family, thank you for your donations.
