Our hearts are heavy as we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Papa Rey. He was the kind of person who made everyone feel like family, with a loving, caring, and full of joy kind of way that was impossible to miss. For 50 beautiful years, he shared a deep and unwavering love with our Mama Chie. Together, they built a life centered on family, love, and kindness. He devoted himself not only to her, but to all of us, always ready to help, always putting others before himself, and never asking for anything in return.

His generosity continues even after his passing. He was a tissue donor, and his gifts will help breast cancer patients, burn victims, and those suffering with leukemia.

As we navigate this difficult time, we are holding onto the memories he gave us -the laughter, the music, the love. We are committed to honoring his life in a way that reflects the goodness he showed to everyone around him.
