In Memory of Ramiro: A Final Resting Place

In heartfelt remembrance of my beloved uncle, Ramiro Melendez, may he find eternal peace. It was with great sorrow that we learned early on the morning of April 22nd, 2025, of the tragic train accident he encountered on April 9th, 2025, in North Hollywood, just before 11 AM. To honor his memory and assist in fulfilling his final wishes, we will be hosting a food fundraiser in person on Saturday, April 26th, and Sunday, April 27th, at 835 N Ditman Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90063, United States. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to facilitate his return to México, where he has expressed a desire to be laid to rest beside his beloved parents, who sadly departed in January of 2025. Every contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated as we come together to support this meaningful cause.

En memoria de mi querido tío, Ramiro Meléndez, que encuentre la paz eterna. Con gran pesar, nos enteramos en la mańana del 22 de abril de 2025 del trágico accidente de tren que sufrió el 9 de abril de 2025 en North Hollywood, poco antes de las 11:00 a. m. Para honrar su memoria y ayudarle a cumplir su última voluntad, organizaremos una recaudación de fondos con alimentos el sábado 26 y el domingo 27 de abril en 835 N Ditman Ave, Los Ángeles, CA 90063, Estados Unidos. Nuestro objetivo es recaudar $20,000 para facilitar su regreso a México, donde expresó su deseo de ser enterrado junto a sus queridos padres, quienes tristemente partieron en enero de 2025. Agradecemos profundamente cualquier contribución, por pequeña que sea, al unirnos para apoyar esta importante causa.
