In Memory of Raluca: Support Keith's Journey

This fundraiser is in the memory of our dear friend, Raluca Gudry (42), who passed away on January 29, 2025, after a 13-year long battle with breast cancer. This fundraiser was started on behalf of Raluca's friends to help her partner, Keith Folken, with medical bills, funeral, and memorial expenses. With our support, Keith will continue the charity work that Raluca had started to help other breast cancer patients.

After medical bills and cost of funeral/celebration, the money will go to METAvivor, the breast cancer charity for which Raluca was an active fundraiser. METAvivor is the only breast cancer charity which benefits persons with Metastatic (stage 4) Breast Cancer. This was a very important organization for Raluca, as she sought to educate people about “pink washing” (fraudulent breast cancer charities) and guide people towards a charity which actually has a positive effect on research and the families dealing with Stage 4 terminal breast cancer.

Raluca left deep footprints of love, and she will never be forgotten.
