In Memory of Rachelle Dominguez

Rachelle Dominguez Reindl passed away on April 28,2025. She was a loving and devoted mother to Joseph Reindl, and Stepmother of Christina Reindl Nasrawi and Miguel Reindl.
Rachelle grew up in Berkely, California with siblings Vincent, Juanita and Scott Dominguez. Family memories were a fond point of discussion for all who knew her. Rachelle loved to share her stories of Berkely and being a teenager in the 1970's.
By trade, Rachelle was a print operator and was proud to be one of the few African American women in the Oakland area to operate a press in the late 1970's. Marriage to William Bill Reindl led her to Sacramento, California where her son Joseph William Reindl was raised and was her home until 2012.
Rachelle was a Christian and long-time student of the Bible. She offered spiritual counseling to anyone. She had the ability to vicariously experience the feelings, thoughts and experiences of another person. Truly remarkable person.
Rachelle's passing marks the end of the countless days of physical discomfort from lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome and several other auto-immune disorders often overlooked or considered orphan diseases.
Her pain is gone and the family's journey without her begins.
Rachelle was loved and leaves her grandsons Jeremiah and Osiris, 16 nieces and nephews, friends, neighbors, cousins and many acquaintances. All will miss her presence greatly.
We are shattered by the loss of Rachelle. We are simply not prepared for the cost of a funeral service. To ask for help is a humbling thing. . . many of you have asked how you can help my family during this difficult time. We appreciate your consideration.
If you are so inclined, you can make a financial contribution to help pay for her cremation. Cremation expenses range from $1,000.00 to $3,000.00. In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover medical bills and living expenses are appreciated.
With humility and love,
Thank you
