Hi everyone my name is Makaylin Ephan, & it’s with broken hearts that I, on behalf of my sister Meigan Jardin & brother in law Cody Fernando, share the loss of their precious baby boy Kolten, who was taken from us far too soon at just 20 weeks. There are no words that can fully express the depth of grief our family is experiencing. This was a baby deeply loved, dreamed of, and already a part of our lives.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help support my sister and her family as they navigate this heartbreaking season. All funds raised will go directly toward funeral arrangements and medical expenses related to the loss of their baby.
