As many of you may know, the Athens community lost a truly wonderful and kind friend, Phil Leuck, on Sunday evening, February 22.

Phil’s partner, Shanna MacRostie, is now facing the unexpected challenge of carrying alone the financial responsibilities they once shared. I have created this GoFundMe to help ease that burden by assisting with rent, monthly bills, and other related expenses. Our hope is to give Shanna the stability and time she needs to remain in her home over the next several months as she grieves and determines her next steps.
