In Memory of Peter Vann

On behalf and with the approval of the Vann Family:

We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Peter Vann on early Saturday Oct 29th 2022 at the young age of 32.

This photo was taken mere hours before Peters untimely passing but it embodies everything he represented – light and love. Always a shining star and a beacon of optimism no matter what roadblocks life presented him.

Born on Nov 28th 1989, to parents Tha Vann and Kun Chea, Peter was the middle child within 5 siblings. His siblings describe Peter as a selfless person with a heart of gold. He would drop everything to be there for anyone who needed his help. His consistent, small acts of kindness will never be forgotten.

Peter poured his heart into dance, music, his friends and family. His little jokes, little pep talks and his larger than life personality and the energy that came with it is what we all remember him by. He was so passionate and energetic in everything he did.

One of the pillars of the Vann family has gone out too soon. We are devasted by Peter’s passing and asking you to please consider donating so his parents can take the time to mourn the loss of their son without worrying about the financial cost of not being able to work. Even more so, to help cover the cost of a funeral; a cost they did not expect to happen so soon. We want to give Peter the memorial he deserves, to honour his memory and to say our last goodbyes.
