In loving memory of my husband, Pedro Andrade, who left us on March 31, 2026. As his widow, I am heartbroken, along with our five beautiful children, who are struggling to heal from this profound loss.

In 2023, Pedro's kidney function declined, leading to chronic fluid retention. I vividly recall the moments when I rushed him to the hospital, and within an hour, he was in the operating room for a shunt placement to enable immediate dialysis. We faced many nights and weeks in the hospital, battling to regain his stability. With dedicated support from a DaVita advisor, Pedro was encouraged to transition to Peritoneal Dialysis, a decision he embraced.

Pedro was a loving and selfless man, always ready to help others whenever he could. His spirit of kindness will forever remain in our hearts.
