In Memory of Paul Martinez: Support His Family

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share on January 6, 2025 the unexpected passing of Paul Porfilio Martinez (aka Esco) . I am organizing this on behalf of my cousin Paul and his family. He leaves behind his wife Kara, and son Alijah Martinez.

Losing a loved one so unexpectedly is unimaginable, and something that will never be healed. This family will never be the same without him, and neither will anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Paul was a loving husband and father. He was more than a cousin was like a brother, He had a vibrant spirit, loved socializing and had a great sense of humor. He was a proud Rattler Dad of his Senior Athlete, as he was an avid sports fan, a die hard Packers, Lakers, Michigan, Rattlers and Lobos fan. He enjoyed dancing, rapping, singing since I could remember and loved sharing these passions with his son. He was a proud graduate of Rio Rancho High where he always expressed great memories and where he formed bonds with his forever friends. He was a wonderful person who loved all his family and friends so much. He will be deeply missed by many and may his memory live on forever.

We ask you to please keep his family in your prayers during this devastating time, and some of you have reached out and asked how you can help his family during this time.

We kindly ask, if you are able to donate funds to help towards funeral expenses and financial burdens that come with the sudden loss of a parent/spouse. Any money donated will go straight to Paul’s family.
