Patrick suddenly passed away at home on 12th September . He was a beautiful boy who would light up any room with his amazing smile and bright eyes.

Patrick had been a pupil at Priory Woods school since he was five . He loved going to school and was a very popular pupil and friend. The care, support and love that Patrick received every day at school helped to make him the happy young man that he was .

Patrick’s parents have asked that no flowers are sent. They would however like to show their appreciation to Priory Woods. If any one would like to make a small donation to the school in Patrick’s memory this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and love during this difficult time . It is clear that Patrick was so well loved and he will be deeply missed xx
