It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Parbati Thapa.

A sudden and heartbreaking Loss

The speed of this tragedy has left us all in shock. Just last week, Parbati felt unwell. While initial medical checks seemed normal, her condition rapidly and unexpectedly deteriorated. She was admitted to the hospital on Thursday 26th Feb, where doctors discovered severe organ abnormalities. Sadly, on 1st March, Parbati at 29 years of age, passed away due to sudden organ failure.

Parbati’s family has expressed a deep, heartfelt wish to take her back home to Nepal for her final traditional rituals. They feel strongly that she should rest where her roots are and where her oldest memories lie.

The costs associated with international repatriation and funeral rites are significant and unexpected. We are reaching out to help raise funds to:

- Cover the costs of transporting Parbati back to her family in Nepal.

- Assist her loved ones with the significant funeral and ritual expenses.
