On Thursday, November 13th, our mom, Anita, passed away, and our lives will forever be changed. Her love, strength, and presence touched everyone who knew her, and our family is doing everything we can to give her the beautiful send-off she deserves.

We have covered her funeral and memorial service. Still, the unexpected medical expenses leading up to her passing have placed a financial strain on my dad, better known to many as pumpkin. Anyone who knows him knows how hard he has worked to care for our mom. He has spent the past 31 years loving her and her children unconditionally. He has been with us through every up and down and never once has wavered. Now that our mom is gone, we want to make sure he has the support he needs to get back on his feet during this difficult transition.

We are creating this GoFundMe for those who have asked how they can help or contribute. Any donation—no matter the amount—will go directly toward easing the financial responsibilities left behind and helping my dad adjust and heal without added stress.
