It is with heavy heart that I share our sweet baby boy Benji has gained his angel wings at just 8 years old.

He was the happiest boy, had the biggest smile and the most beautiful brown eyes, treasured by everyone, brought joy to everybody. We know he’s not in pain any longer and running freely doing everything he ever dreamt of doing, swimming in the ocean, wrestling his brother and sister, riding every skateboard or bicycle he ever wanted and playing all the sports he ever wanted. LMNA congenital muscular dystrophy did not take our boy he fought, and he kicked ass. He was our little warrior and will forever be our Benji Boo.

We have created this GoFundMe to help with medical bills and costs for funeral arrangements to bring our boy home from Texas. We truly appreciate all the love you have for our boy and couldn’t be more grateful for everything. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
