We are saddened to say our beautiful jade gained her angel wings on Saturday 26th November at the age of 21.
She was a bubbly, amazing & gorgeous daughter/sister/niece/cousin & friend. She made an impact on everyone she met, She didn’t have a bad bone in her body.
Jade is going to be missed by many.
I am doing this to help take a little bit of stress of jades mum & family. Kate, Paul, jack, Callum, Frankie & George.
She deserves the best send off and one she’s deserves
