Our family has been devastated by the sudden loss of our son, Zachary Armijo, and his seven-year-old stepson, Ethen (“Junior”), following a tragic traffic accident this week in Bogalusa, Louisiana.

Zachary was a loving fiancé, father, and stepfather, and Ethen brought so much light and joy to our lives. Their loss is truly unimaginable.

Zachary leaves behind his fiancée, Victoria, their four-year-old son, Grayson, and their six-week-old premature twins, Ryder and Rebel. As Victoria grieves this heartbreaking loss, she is also caring for newborn twins who require ongoing medical care, with doctors located over an hour and a half away. The accident also resulted in the loss of her only vehicle, adding to the challenges she now faces.

We have created this fundraiser to help cover funeral expenses for Zachary and Ethen, as well as to provide short-term support for Victoria and the children, including transportation for the twins’ medical needs and everyday living expenses.

Any support—whether through donations or sharing—means more than we can express. We are so grateful for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.

As I sit here to update the date for Zach and Ethen's Memorial, I am overwhelmed with the amount of support our family has received.

Whatever goodness you believe in in this world, has been proven in this tragedy that it works.

The surviving children and Victoria will have some comfort to hold steady and give her some breathing room to figure things out.

We were able to already replace the car seat bases and strollers that got destroyed in the accident. We were also able to provide Victoria with some baby needs for the twins as well as Grayson to provide that little boy with some comfort.

The outpouring Love has taken care of our funeral services and their memorial celebration of their lives as well as the continued support for Zachary's family needs.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held April 25th at 2 pm at Cassidy Park in Bogalusa. At the request of Zachary's mother Christi, the Memorial Celebration of Life will be a good Ol Fashion Southern pot luck. She has also requested for everyone to wear colorful attire as Zach would want it that way. ❤️
