On the 2nd of July 2026, our beautiful baby boy, Coby John Dalton, was born sleeping. Nothing could have prepared us for the heartbreak of losing him.

During the darkest time of our lives, the staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Butterfly Suite showed us such incredible kindness, compassion and care. They gave us the time and space to be with our precious little boy, helping us create the most beautiful memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Those precious moments with Coby are something we will never forget, and we will always be grateful to everyone who cared for us.

To thank the Butterfly Suite for everything they did, we would love to raise enough money to provide a memorial bench outside the suite in loving memory of Coby. Our hope is that it will give other grieving families a quiet place to step outside, take a breath, reflect, and find a small moment of peace during the hardest days of their lives.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us create something meaningful in Coby’s memory and give back to the place that gave us so much comfort when we needed it most.
