In Loving Memory of Our Brother and Friend Omar Dabliz

Yesterday 4/20/2025, we lost someone truly special —our beloved friend. His passing has left an unfillable void in our hearts and in our community.

He was a light to all who knew him—fun, full of life, and always quick with a smile or a joke to lift others’ spirits. More than that, he was a loving husband, father, deeply good and faithful Muslim, committed to his values, always humble, and generous beyond words. If you were ever in need, he was the first to show up without hesitation, without question.

Now, in this unimaginable time, we are coming together to do what he would have done for any one of us: ensure he is laid to rest with dignity and peace. We are raising funds to transport his body to Lebanon, where his final rites and burial can take place among his loved ones and ancestors, and help his wife and daughter in the transitional, difficult phase of their new life without him.

This is more than just a request for financial help—it’s a call to honor someone who never turned his back on anyone. If you ever laughed with him, prayed beside him, or felt the warmth of his friendship, we ask you to join us in helping fulfill this final act of love.
