It's with a heavy spirit that I share that Nelson Perdomo is currently facing a serious medical crisis and urgently needs our support. All funds raised will be given to his wife, Sasha Gollo to help with support his family through this difficult time with medical bills, and all other expenses.

We would like to respect his and his family's privacy at this time, but we are maintaining cautious optimism that Nelson will pull through.

Nelson has long been more than just a dedicated and hardworking member of our team — he’s been a true light on every job site. Anyone who’s worked with him knows the warmth of his welcoming smile, the kindness in his spirit, and the joy he brings to even the toughest days. Whether sharing a laugh during high-pressure project phases or stepping in with a capable and steady hand, Nelson has consistently lifted those around him. His positive energy and commitment to excellence have left a deep and lasting mark on everyone who has had the privilege of working beside him.

His track record speaks for itself — from the 35-story Saltaire project to Metro, and especially in his critical role on Site 9/Park & Main. Nelson's contributions have been nothing short of extraordinary. As a true carpenter and team player, he constantly went above and beyond his job title, delivering work that directly contributed to project success and client satisfaction. Most recently, he has been serving as a Safety Carpenter at Site 7&8, where his daily efforts have helped ensure the safety of every person onsite.

Outside of work, Nelson is a devoted family man — a loving husband and proud father to a beautiful daughter who means the world to him. He often speaks of them with heartfelt pride and joy, and it’s clear to all of us that his family is his greatest treasure. His dedication, love, and strength extend far beyond the workplace.
