In Memory of Navid Fattahi: Education Fund for Nouveen

How can we express our gratitude to someone who has impacted so many lives? Navid Fattahi was more than just a father, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, and colleague; he was a guiding light in the lives of those around him.

Navid was not just a leader; he was a remarkable force of nature. He never liked being called a “boss,” as he believed in building genuine relationships and fostering a family environment within our team. He was always our shield and our support, encouraging us to have each other’s backs no matter the circumstances. In Navid's eyes, there were no employees—only people, and more importantly, his people. His commitment to our well-being created a unique bond among us that we will cherish forever. We are incredibly fortunate to have had such an inspiring leader in our lives, and his impact will resonate with us always.

Navid often shared stories about his son, Nouveen, and when he did he was filled with overwhelming love and pride. He spoke of Nouveen's remarkable curiosity and thoughtful nature, highlighting how he viewed the world with an inquisitive lens. One memorable story was about how Nouveen wanted an Android device, not for its features, but so he could compare it with Apple—a testament to his relentless desire to explore and understand. Navid also recounted how Nouveen couldn’t stand messy aisles in stores, urging his dad to help tidy them up. This attention to detail reflected his thoughtful character. Navid shared how his son demonstrated a deep respect for his mom, always reminding his dad to appreciate just how amazing she is. Through these heartfelt narratives, it became clear that Navid wasn’t merely teaching his son about life; he was also learning valuable lessons from him.

To honour Navid’s memory and support his family, we are establishing an education fund for Nouveen. This fund will help ensure that he has the opportunities his father dreamed of for him. Navid gave so much to those around him, and this is our way of giving back—by coming together to support one of the people who meant the most to him.
