In Memory of Nathan Stein
Donation protected
At just 15 years of age, a beautiful soul in Nathan Christopher Tuuha Stein passed on Thursday April 30, 2020. He will be forever remembered as a capable, responsible, respectful and loving son, brother & friend.
Those that knew Nathan, even just a little, have lost a shining light in their lives. Nathan was a quiet, thoughtful boy, and loved his family above all else. He once said that the best day of his life was the day his little sister was born. He was a natural teacher to his younger siblings, a student who excelled in everything, finding a recent passion in the kitchen where he baked a new culinary delight daily for his siblings. He was an avid outdoorsman, an expert downhill skier, who loved spending his weekends walking the trails of his forest home in Millbrook with Minnie (his beloved golden retriever), and mountain biking with his brother.
Nathan had a love for the preservation of the environment, animal welfare and social justice for all.
Many people have reached out and asked how they can support this family during this difficult time. We are setting up a GoFundMe page to help alleviate some of the burden this incredible family has incurred. The funds will go directly to the family to help with funeral costs and allow them time off with their kids to try to heal. Nathan was always thinking of his family and younger siblings. Any help is greatly appreciated and will allow them to heal without any added monetary pressure.
Rest in peace, our dear beloved friend. We have been blessed knowing you and we will remember you with great fondness and love.
