In Memory of Nathan Halterman

Nate fought Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy longer than most.  After complications from an emergency surgery on November 25, Nate's long fought battle came to an end on November 30th.  There are no words or acts that can replace the loss of a child.  Our goal is to alleviate some of the financial burden of the costs incurred while Nate spent the last week of his life at Northwestern Medical Hospital.  Any and all donations are greatly appreciated by the family.
