In Memory of Nash

Donation protected
Tragically, on August 29th, 2020, Nash Willem Jack Barnett was taken from this world and became a tiny angel.  Nash spent his last day surrounded by the most amazing love from his family and friends. He spent the day with his mommy, baking chocolate brownies, and dumping goldfish into his grain wagon, like baby farmers do. He licked the bowl clean and made the most enormous mess that his mommy was happy to clean up.  He was immersed in play in his final hours, with friends he knew best, who loved him, and cared for him so much.  Nicole and Chris had spend the summer making memories with the three boys camping, farming, exploring the wild, not knowing it would be his last.  For those who don't know, Nash's life was taken at a small outdoor bbq involving a vehicle on the night of Saturday August 29th.  Nicole and Chris did everything right to keep him safe, but it was an accident that happened in the blink of an eye.  He was taken to the Ingersol hospital, but he was already an angel. His tiny shoes are still in the sandbox.  His diapers in the hall. His baby doll in his highchair. Everything still remains. Most of all, love for him, but his family is shattered. Nash celebrated his 2nd birthday on April 2nd, but there will be no more birthdays, no more contagious laughter, no more baby snuggles. The hardest thing will be for this beautiful family to live every day past this moment. We will remember him with every red tractor that drives by, every spring when the flowers start to bloom around his birthday, and every little toy car found under the couch.  Please consider donating to Chris, Nicole and Nash's brothers Max, age 8 and Blake, age 5.  Anything you contribute will go directly to Chris and Nicole to help with costs of the funeral, counselling for Nash's brothers, Max and Blake, and maintaining the house, as Chris and Nicole are both self employed.  Any funds raised will help with the 'time' it takes to put pieces together and one foot in front of another, the indescribable journey of survival, instead of focusing on having to work.    Someone with love for Nash posted on Nicole's Facebook page: Put your burden on my shoulders and I will carry it for you, Put your troubles on my mind so you can rest yours a while, Put your sadness in my eyes so you can remember the joy you once witnessed, Put your pain into my heart, I will gladly take it. I love you and I'm here. We love you Nicole, Chris, Max and Blake, and most of all Nash, in our hearts and minds forever.
