Nancy was a fixture in Puerto Vallarta over the past decade and loved by many. She and her husband Joe sailed here in 1990 and fell in love, knowing they would retire here eventually. Her untimely death was a shock to her son Joey and her daughter-in-law Brandi, who are now experiencing many unexpected expenses. Unfortunately, she had no life insurance or retirement to assist. I am hoping to band our community together here and around the globe of those who loved Nancy.
