In memory of my dear brother Kevin
Tragically on the 23rd of April 2024 we lost our much loved and dearly missed Kev. I personally wanted to do something in his memory that could also raise some money for his work, where he loved and got a lot of job satisfaction from helping others.
The challenge I have decided to take on is the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday 25th of May 2025! This is going to be a big commitment from me as I have not run since 2021, so I will dedicate a lot of my time to training and losing a good bit of weight. I’ve completed one marathon before, London 2017, and Kev was so proud of me, my determination to do this again, for him this time, will keep pushing me on.
The loss of Kevin has left a huge hole in the family and also his friends and the Aberdeen community where he entertained many over the years.
I understand that money is tight these days with the cost of living etc but any donation big or small would be hugely appreciated and going to a fantastic local charity! Below is a little information about Cyrenians and the support they can provide.
Much love, Scott
