This Father's day in memory of my Dad who left us this January; I am challenging myself to a 5k run to raise money for a cause close to my heart.
Running is definitely not my strong suit but I took it up as as a challenge and it has been key to my grieving process.
I really hope that you can join me in supporting this great Charity that focuses on Social and Emotional learning for kids and help me keep my dad's memory alive.
