In Memory of Mr. Zahir Hussein: Loving father, Tennis lover
Donation protected
My friend Aariz and I are hosting a fundraiser tennis tournament in partnership with North Texas Racquet Club to raise funds for the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA). This event is inspired by Aariz Rehman, who lost his father, Mr. Zahir Hussein to brain cancer. We saw first hand the devastating impact this dreaded disease can have on patients and their families.
Mr. Zahir was a doting family man, loving husband and father, a trusting friend, and a respectable colleague. He was also a highly resilient individual who fought cancer bravely for almost a decade. Never did he flinch in the fight. While it was sad to lose Mr. Zahir to this dreaded disease, we want to carry on his resilience and fight against this disease. We want to do our bit to move the needle in the fight against brain cancer. Further, Mr. Zahir was an avid tennis lover as well and loved the competitive scene in Tennis. Thus, we are conducted this tournament, the proceeds of which will go to support ABTA's mission to fund breakthrough research, provide comprehensive patient support services, and raise awareness about brain tumors.
Your donation, regardless of size, will make a significant difference in the fight against brain tumors and bring hope to those affected by this devastating disease.
You can also sign up to play at https://app.utrsports.net/events/294231?_ref=akshayk442&shared=true
Together, we can serve up hope, one match at a time, and honor the memory of Aariz's father while helping others facing similar battles.
Thank you for your generosity and support in this important cause that touches so many lives.
