In Memory of Mr Pascal

Mr. Pascal, his wife Francoise and his family were cherished members of the DIS family for over a decade.  Many DIS students were taken care of by the Komayombu Family throughout our primary school years with their constant loving kindness and diligence.  Just as important as our daily academic lessons, they taught us how to treat each other with openness and equanimity.   

Unfortunately, Mr. Pascal passed away on March 20th, 2020 after a long journey with stroke rehab.   Madame Francoise taught us how to speak French through songs of childhood.   With Mr. Pascal's passing, her own songs have been stilled.   

It is our goal as the students of DIS, to raise $5,000 to help with funeral expenses during this difficult time,  much like how they have held our hands throughout our younger years.
