Against Knife Crime

As salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah,

Today is my birthday, and I am not asking for gifts but for your support in memory of my beloved son, Muhammad Rijkaard Salu Siafa, who was tragically taken from us at just 22 years old after a brutal knife attack in Croydon on 12 April 2024.

To honour his memory and turn my pain into purpose , I am raising funds for Lives Not Knives, a charity working to prevent knife crime through mentoring, education, and empowerment of young people in our community.

Muhammad was more than a victim. He was a kind, gentle, and thoughtful young man, full of ambition and love for his community. He was deeply committed to helping others, especially mothers and children, and had a strong sense of faith and purpose. Though his life was cut short, his light and compassion continue to inspire us.

All donations will go directly to Lives Not Knives in His name.
