We unfortunately lost our beloved father, brother, co-worker and teammate, after his long battle with Covid-19 on September 30, 2021.
He was hospitalized on 9/7/21 and spent over 3 weeks in ICU. His death has left a tremendous void in all our lives.
When Miguel was hospitalized, many reached out on how they could help and were wanting an opportunity to help him and his family in this time of unknown circumstances.
About Miguel:
Miguel's family is amazed and honored by his community for giving assistance with these unforeseen financial responsibilities and medical expenses. We greatly appreciate your support and generosity during these trying times.
Miguel Ibarra was born in El Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico on September 23rd, 1960. He immigrated to the United States when he was 18 to make a better life for himself and his family. After a long stint as a ranch manager, he changed careers and became an employee at Firestone Vineyard. There he joined the beginning of a small brewery which manifested into Firestone Walker Brewing Company.
His work ethic was unmatched and he was one of the most kind, passionate, and admirable human beings that walked this ground. Although family and the brewery were his passion he was also an avid baseball player and was an integral part of the league. He was an amazing soul that would care for others before himself and worked tirelessly to make sure that the task was completed. He never missed a day and was a staple in the community.
