It is with extreme sadness that the passing of Michelle James was announced Friday night. Michelle lost her long, challenging battle with cancer. She was so positive and stoic that you would never know she was fighting for her life. A life taken from us all, far too young. 

I've only known Michelle for 4 short years and I was blessed to call her my friend. Michelle touched the lives of so many. She was such a witty, artistic, soulful woman and an inspirational mother.

I know so many of us felt helpless, watching her go through all this. Many of us want to help now. Please help ease the financial burden that has been placed upon the family.  Help contribute to a celebration of life and medical expenses. Hopefully this can help with Michelle's bucket list as well.  There were so many things Michelle wanted to see and do and it would be so beautiful if Chris,  Payten  and Seneca could do those things in her honor.
