In Loving Memory of Micah

Our precious grandson Micah was born extremely premature in August 2024, arriving at just 25 weeks. From the very beginning, he faced immense challenges, especially with his underdeveloped lungs. Micah spent his entire life in the hospital, first in the NICU and then most recently in the PICU at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. He fought bravely every step of the way.

On Friday, August 8th, 2025, just two weeks shy of his first birthday, Micah peacefully passed away surrounded by love.

His parents, Erin and Alex, have been by his side through every moment. Their journey has come with enormous emotional and financial strain including time away from work, constant travel to the hospital, all while balancing care for Micah’s four-year-old brother.

We are raising funds to help ease the burden of medical expenses, lost income, and final arrangements. Your kindness, in any amount, will make a meaningful difference for a grieving family during the most difficult time of their lives.
