In Memory Of Maurizio Comelli

Maurizio was my father.

He unexpectedly passed away on March 31st at 80 years old.

He recently underwent heart surgery from which he was still recovering.

Maurizio was a father and a grandfather, but mostly he was a friend to a lot of people.

He leaves behind a daughter, a grandson, one brother and nieces and nephews.

He lived a full life in many countries, spoke 4 languages and, most of all, he was very proud of his Italian heritage.

He still fluently spoke his dialect from Friuli and he was passionate about going back one day.

But, God had other plans and the dream he had of going back to his beloved Friuli is something I will try to accomplish for him after death.

I want to give my Dad, the memorial he deserves, I would like to honor his memory but most of all I would like to send him home, where his heart has always been. I am hoping to be able to lay him to rest with his mom and dad in Nimis (Udine).

Due to his unexpected death, I am unable to sustain the cost of his memorial and further transport by myself. I am humbling asking for some help to fulfill his wish.
