In Memory of Matthew Mors

Hi, my name is Hally Wax and Matthew was my friend and business partner of 15 years. We began our journey as two young, hungry professionals finding our way in the crazy world of cyber security public relations.

We decided to start a business together and launched MIX Public Relations. Matthew was a force and a brilliant mind. He left footprints on the hearts and minds of everyone he encountered. He was admired, celebrated and revered in the enterprise tech/ cyber security space and was often asked to help the security labs teams as a researcher as his knowledge of this industry went well beyond his peers.

Matthew was also extremely passionate about his family - his wife, Gretchen and his son, Jasper. Gretchen was his bright light in life and I've never seen a father more proud of their son than Matthew was of Jasper.

Outside of work, Matthew was an avid music enthusiast and self-taught on the guitar. He loved the Ramones, Jane's Addiction and all kinds of crazy music and food that he was always willing to share with others. He also had a passion for very old medical equipment and had a story to go along with each of his carefully-curated treasures.

I'm setting up this page to help his family through this tragic time. I know that Matthew touched a lot of people with his wit, kindness, knowledge and friendship. I would love to hear your stories. - Thank you, Hally
