On Tuesday, July 29, Marvin went home to be with the Lord. He was working diligently as was his way, mowing the side of a hill. The zero turn mower flipped on top of him and in an instant he was with Jesus. We are so, so grateful not only that he didn't suffer, but for his faithful walk with the Lord and the example he led with. His sweet wife Darie and their 9 children are so devastated but so glad to know he is making red chile enchiladas with the angels and dancing before the Lord!
At this point we are estimating funeral expenses to be about $12,000. Our hope is to raise enough for the funeral and cover the next month of expenses for their family. To know Marv was to know how much his family meant to him. This was a precious man and he will be desperately missed.
