In Memory of Martin Lee Johnson

Hello, my name is Jason Leibel and I am advocating on behalf of my family for my cousin Martin Lee Johnson, who was shot and killed on 2/22/2022, at the age of 30 in Minneapolis MN.

I am fundraising monetary, and or donations of time, love, and support, from friends, family, loved ones and business associates to help my family cover costs associated with funeral and burial services that will not covered by the victim services program.

The costs I’m looking to cover include food and lodging, transportation costs, along with costs for religious clergy.

I am looking help my family to properly heal through religious support, grief counseling, mental health awareness and emotional trauma training and support.

Support comes in numerous ways. Monetary donations are necessary, however if you have a resource designated as my preferred cost list, please reach out, we need it.

Finally, what I know most about Martin is how he loved his daughters. As Martin’s elder cousin, I’ll need to step up and make sure they have their dresses and hair together. Sizes 2-5, hand-me-downs and hairstylists welcomed!
