In Loving Memory of Marlisa Douglas

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved sister, Marlisa Douglas, on June 3rd. We are creating this GoFundMe to offer friends, family, and loved ones a chance to help with financial support during this incredibly difficult time. Any amount, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated.

Marlisa was a beautiful soul — a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her spirit was bright, her humor unmatched, and her presence unforgettable. She had a deep love for movies, music, and all things Marvel — especially Chris Evans and Chris Pratt. She was planning her dream trip to London, and we know she would’ve made the most of every moment.

Marlisa loved Pina Coladas (and yes — not getting caught in the rain!), but more than anything, she loved children and had a natural ability to connect with everyone she met. Her gummy smile, infectious laugh, fierce sarcasm, and undeniable Black girl magic made her one-of-a-kind.

She was a proud Libra, and she lived her life with heart and harmony. I will miss everything about her — especially her light, her sass, and the way she loved so deeply.
