In Memory of Marla Valencia-Lawhon

In the early morning hours of January 9, 2022, the tragic and unexpected loss of Marla has left her family devasted. Marla leaves behind her high school sweetheart Harold and her two beautiful children Jordyn and Jake.

Marla was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and best friend to many who knew her. She was a teacher's aide at Prospect Elementary, Cerro Villa Middle School and Noon supervisor. Marla spent many years being actively involved in her children's sports activities especially with Jordyn's softball travel team, The Ohana Tigers and cheering her on during Villa Park softball games. She would also split her busy schedule being on the sidelines cheering on Jake during his many football games. Anyone that knew Marla, knew she was all about her children, family and friends.

With the financial burden that end of life costs can cause for a grieving family, any amount raised can help cover these costs and support them during this difficult time.
