In memory of Madelon Caswell

Dear friends,

We’re heartbroken to share that our beloved Mads passed away unexpectedly on the 4th of September. Her loss is felt so deeply by so many of us, and it’s hard to grasp that she is no longer here. Mads had a rare gift for making everyone around her feel truly special. She never judged or turned anyone away, always offering a listening ear and an open heart.

Wherever she went, Mads created a space where everyone felt completely at ease — where you felt like you belonged and were loved. She saw the good in everyone. Her kindness, warmth and acceptance had a way of drawing people together, creating a beautiful community of people that now feels her loss so deeply.

Both Mads and Jacob have always been givers, they’ve all had our back at some point. It’s the Caswell way. Now, it’s time to return the favour, the Caswell family need your help more than ever. We’re asking everyone to come together for her, just as she did for us, by digging deep to help raise funds to cover the cost of her funeral and any remaining funds will be used to help sort any of Mads’ affairs. We’ve started this fundraiser with a goal of raising 20,000 by the 30th of September.

If you’re able to help, no matter the amount, it would mean the world. Every little bit brings us closer to giving Mads the celebration of life she truly deserves. The loss of a loved one comes with large financial costs, lets all help out the Caswell family so we can to give them the space they need to grieve.

Please keep reaching out, offering support, and showing kindness to everyone — from your closest friends to those you haven’t met yet. That’s the greatest way we can all honour Mads and the sense of belonging she always created wherever she went.
