Macon Clark IV passed away suddenly on Friday, May 9th, 2025, at the age of 37.
He leaves behind:
his 4 precious children (Landon, Peyton, Hudson, and Miley)
the mothers, and co-parents, of his children (Angela and Amy)
his mother (Dee) and father (Mike)
his sister and business partner (Lindsey), and
nephew (Ryan) who he loved as his own.
Macon was living his best life. The family business was in transition and he was a ROCK STAR. His family is so proud of how committed he was to both work and home.
Macon built a unique family that really is what blended families strive to achieve. The love, cooperation, and respect that the women in his life expressed for each other's children provided Macon the opportunity to be the best dad he could be to all 4 of his brood. A feat that few blended families are ever able to accomplish. His older boys are growing into great men, with one High School Graduate c/o 2024 and the next scheduled to join the Marines in the coming year. He was so proud of their accomplishments and growth. His younger children are quite special. Macon shared a unique connection with his 3rd little boy. He was able to break through the complexities of autism and create a bond of love and understanding that no one can ever replace. His 4th, and only baby girl, brought out a tender side to Macon. While she is just 2 years old, she had her daddy wrapped around her finger. Unfortunately, she will not have the gift of the memories of her dad that her older brothers will cherish. Macon, also lovingly known as "Uncle Bacon," stepped up to provide a superhero level of love and care for his nephew. Fridays and Saturdays at Uncle Bacon's was an expected and exciting opportunity for all 5 of the kids to spend time with Macon and each other. He was the center of their family and their link to each other.
Macon was blessed to still have both his parents and his sister in his life. His mother lived with him and cared for his baby girl. His father depended on Macon for trips to the doctor, errands, and support in many ways. His sister, and business partner, depended on Macon to provide balance - well, if you call 1 man working with 10 women balanced. A voice of reason, the budget hawk, and the loyal, trusted partner over an entire lifetime.
In all areas of life, Macon was excelling and his sudden passing is leaving a great burden on his large family.
He also knew how to have fun. He was faithful to his Thursday night dart-throwing team and loved his time out with friends. While a good dart thrower, Macon didn't complain about losing. For him, it was more about a break from the day-to-day and having a good time with whoever was there. His sense of humor was often subtle, sometimes sarcastic, and continuously witty. He was loved by so many and leaves a hole in the roster and in the doubles bracket.
So many people have reached out asking how they can show love to the family. This page has been created as a way to provide that opportunity. Macon did not have a life insurance policy, so the family is grateful for any financial gifts that could help them cover any of the expenses. In lieu of flowers, contributions toward his funeral would be greatly appreciated.
If you have a specific talent/gift of time you would like to share/offer, please reach out to coordinate.
For Clarity: Funds received will be used for immediate expenses of the funeral costs and end of life bills that may come up. This includes maintaining Macon's home in the coming weeks/months until his estate can take over.
