Luz was an incredible woman. From the beginning of her life to her last days her family was her priority. Throughout her whole life Luz loved to be happy. She was an amazing mother and she still managed to live life to the fullest. Luz got diagnosed with end stage breast cancer in 2022 and it led to metastic breast cancer which later spread to her bones and eventually her lungs. At all her appointments and hospital visits she made a friends anywhere she went. From nurses to custodians to doctors and patients, it didn’t take long for them to fall in love with her as a whole as well. Luz had so much love to give. She went through several rounds of radiation and chemotherapy which slowed down the process but ultimately didn’t keep cancer at bay. She fought her hardest and even and her lowest she still kept a smile on her face and tried to make even one laugh. We lost a strong, loving, and simply incredible woman. She suffered for many years but is now finally at peace and can finally see her parents which was one of her greatest wishes.
