Thank you for joining us to honor the memory of our Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Lorraine Ravner.
Lorraine passed on April 28th after a long battle with Leukemia. Over the past six months, Mom spent many nights on the Oncology Unit at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, NJ.
Our family is so appreciative of the dedicated, compassionate and excellent care delivered by the nurses and staff. Mom was treated with respect and warmth every day. The Oncology staff are dedicated professionals who work in a very difficult and emotional specialty. We could not have asked for better care.
The family has decided to collect donations in Mom's memory for the Oncology floor at CentraState. Post-Covid, when the unit is re-opened, we plan to use the funds to provide needed supplies for the staff and comfort care items like fuzzy blankets for the patients and families who spend many days and nights with their loved ones. The remaining funds will be turned over to the CentraState Medical Center Foundation to be used to support Oncology services for the local community.
