In Memory of Lorie Alford

Update-

Our cousin, Lorie’s nephew John graciously paid for her cremation however we are still left with legal fees and other expenses that we have to cover. We deeply appreciate your continued support and sympathies. We are planning a ‘Celebration of Life’ for her and will share details as they become available.

Our mother passed away unexpectedly and we were left in shock and in charge of taking care of everything while also being left with the financial burden of her death. We have have until the 24th to get her from the ME office and it’s Easter weekend so we’re scrambling. We appreciate any and all support from the bottom of our hearts.

Lorie Baker Alford, 63 died at home in Wilmington, NC on Monday April 14, 2025

She leaves behind her children, son, Joshua Alford, wife Emily(grandson Cayden) and daughter, Kenah Rowe, husband Isiah(grandson Waylon)

As well as a brother Warren Baker, wife Paula and their children, Ellie, John and Patrick.

She will be remembered for her love of life and her helping heart.
