My mother had what was supposed to be a simple procedure on Friday June 26th, two days later something went wrong and she ended up on a ventilator, after several tests it was determined that she had a stroke and extensive irreversible brain damage. From her own mouth she would not want to live in a vegetative state. My family and I did not expect this to be the outcome of this surgery nor did Loretta, most definitely not prepared as far as funding for a service nor a funeral. Everything will be as simple as possible, but none the less a way for her family and friends to pay their respects. Anything is appreciated, even if your only able to share ❤
