I really can't even believe I am writing this.. We as a family are at a loss in so many ways as this sudden event took place. Our sweet Lonnie(mother) passed this life on 9/9/2020 at 4:14 pm. as we collect our thoughts and emotions the support from our friends and family have been overwhelming we thank you.
Lonnie was a native to AZ she saw a lot of change since attending the old Mesa High School. Many grew to know her at Sally's Fabrics where she spent nearly 20 years of her life helping people with their crafts.
A mother and faithful wife of almost 60 years! This lady is a grandmother to 33 grand children, 49 great grandchildren, with 2 on the way. She has relationships with each of them. She will be missed here on earth but her mission is just starting.
We are a very close and proactive family but a simple mistake in future planning has left us in a funeral cost discrepancy. When we thought our parents funeral costs were paid for we just found a glitch. This will get resolved but not in time to attend to mother's needs.
We have received hundreds of supportive emails, texts, post comments and the love is so amazing. Many have ask what can they do? I ask if possible help us this way. Support comes in many ways. We love our mom and will figure it out either way, this just came as a suggestion and under the circumstances there are tasks at hand we would rather be putting our focus, lifting this burden would be a great blessing.
