On March 7, 2026, my sister Tiara had an emergency C-section and gave birth to my beautiful niece, Zy’arie Vincent. Zy’arie passed about 20 minutes after birth due to a fatal form of skeletal dysplasia. If you do not know, skeletal dysplasia involves severe limb shortening, small chest cavities, and underdeveloped lungs; often ending in stillbirth or death shortly after birth due to respiratory failure.
Though short-lived, Zy’arie passed in the arms of her parents, receiving nothing but love and admiration for the fight against her unfortunate genetic disorder.
Today we are asking for help in honoring our little fighter as we prepare to celebrate her little life. We appreciate any and all donations at this difficult time and we ask that you please pray for my sister and brother-in-law, as Zy’arie was their child.
