We are raising funds in memory of our dear friend, running buddy, and work colleague Lisa, who sadly passed away last year. Lisa was a kind, vibrant, and compassionate person who touched the lives of so many. She is deeply missed by all who knew her.

To honour her memory, we would love to place a memorial bench in Lee Valley Park—a place she cherished and visited often with her beloved dog, Ricky. It was her sanctuary, a space where she found peace, joy, and connection with nature.

We believe this bench would be a fitting tribute to Lisa’s spirit, a place where friends, family, and even strangers can sit, reflect, and remember her warmth and kindness.

If 120 people donated just £10, we would reach our goal. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to making this tribute a reality.

Any extra funds raised will be donated to Maggie’s, a charity close to Lisa’s heart, which provides free cancer support and information in centres across the UK.
