Our hearts are broken as we share that Liam Cini, beloved son of Allison and Alexxi, and cherished big brother to Griffin, passed away on Canada Day, July 1, 2026, following a devastating car accident.

In Liam's final act of generosity, he gave the gift of life through organ donation, offering others a second chance at life. In the midst of profound loss, he created hope and shared love with people he would never meet. While his family faced the unimaginable pain of saying goodbye, they found comfort in knowing that Liam's legacy extends far beyond his years.

As the Wood-Cini family begins to navigate life without Liam, they are facing profound emotional and financial challenges. Allison, who is self-employed, has been away from work, while remaining at Liam’s bedside throughout his hospitalization and final days. She will continue to be off indefinitely to cope with the intense grief. Alexxi continues to manage a neurological condition that affects his daily functioning while doing everything he can to support his family through this devastating loss.

The weeks and months ahead will bring difficult adjustments, unexpected expenses and the ongoing challenge of rebuilding life while grieving the loss of a son, and brother who was so deeply loved.
