Cleofas Lee Jr. Garcia, also known by friends and family as Leo, was my stepfather. Leo was someone who always helped in the best way he could. He was the type of person you could rely on if you needed to talk to someone or just needed a favor. He was selfless and always knew how to make others smile and be there for those he loved in times of need. He loved WWE, the Texans, the Astros, and most importantly, his wife.

Unfortunately, on December 5th, Friday morning, he was going to get my mother breakfast, and on the route back home, he was struck by a pickup truck that ran a red light. Leo did not survive his injuries and passed surrounded by his family and friends at the hospital.

His wishes were to be cremated, and with support, Leo's wishes can be honored.
